In this talk\, I will share a framework for assessing your intercultural awareness and offer some practical guidance on how you can become a DEI champion whenever and wherever there’s a need. The goal is to empower you to recognize and seize opportunities to advance this important work regardless of your formal or informal role in doing so.

Self-employed for over 10 years\, Laura has helped hundreds of clients\, both locally and nationwide\, with their brand presence\, messaging\, and outreach. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University with a dual emphasis in Business and Women’s Studies\, practices learning new languages every day on the Duolingo app\, and is currently enrolled in courses at TCC for continuing education and enrichment.
