SUMMARY:Business Resource Sessions – Never Miss a Lead
DESCRIPTION:Business Resource Sessions – resources & tools to grow your business! \nJoin us at the Chamber on the first Wednesday of the month from 3:00 to 4:00 to hear from and engage with industry leaders about how to grow\, protect\, and efficiently run your business. \nSPEAKER: Eduardo Beltran\, Founder of Signal Bloom \nTOPIC: Building a Business That Never Misses a Lead \nDESCRIPTION: A lot of businesses assume more leads are the answer. They run ads\, boost posts\, and spend on marketing\, yet still don’t see customers walking through the door. The real problem usually isn’t lead volume—it’s what happens after someone reaches out. This session covers exactly what needs to be in place before you spend a dollar on ads: a high-converting website\, a solid online reputation\, and a lightning-fast follow-up system. Without these essentials\, your ad spend will just leak out of the same holes your current leads are already falling through. Join us to discover where those hidden leaks happen\, why response time matters more than you think\, and what a simple fix looks like. \nSPEAKER BIO: Eduardo Beltran is the founder of Signal Bloom\, a lead conversion system built for DFW service businesses. He helps companies stop losing customers to missed calls\, slow response\, and follow up that falls through the cracks. He’s also board vice president of the Hispanic Coalition of North Texas and member of the Arlington Chamber. \nInterested in being one of our fantastic speakers?  Submit your application here

SUMMARY:Coaching Hour – Confident Networking
DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Chamber on the fourth Wednesday of every month from 3:00-4:00 for training and guidance aimed at helping you develop\, grow\, and transform in and out of the office. \nChamber member Business Coaches and Subject Matter Experts will provide workshops\, assessment tools\, and engaging presentations to improve your critical thinking & decision-making skills\, help you identify obstacles & achieve goals\, manage projects more efficiently & teams more effectively\, and more! \nSPEAKER: Caroline Chiaia with Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop \nTOPIC: The Introvert’s Guide to Navigate Networking \nDESCRIPTION: How do we get past our own mental roadblocks to put ourselves out there and represent our businesses when we would rather melt into the walls or hide in the bathroom?  How can we get through networking meetings and not just be memorable\, but reserve our social battery? This session shares practical lessons learned through real-world experience\, including navigating social missteps and pushing through uncomfortable situations. It is designed to help introverts\, and even those more comfortable in social settings\, build social confidence\, strengthen their networking approach\, and develop a personal brand that feels authentic and sustainable. \nSPEAKER BIO: Caroline Chiaia is the General Manager of the Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop in North Arlington. She has working in bakeries for the past 25 years starting as a grocery store cake decorator and building her skills to become a high-end cake decorator and then the manager of a pie shop. But more important than job history\, she had a very traumatic childhood and has worked to conquer her personal demons to the point where she has become an icon in the Chamber of Commerce. While being an introvert is a protection mechanism from childhood\, she has learned to reach beyond her personal comfort zone for the sake of higher goals and ambitions. These lessons were no school curriculum but the lessons of life and she looks forward to sharing those lessons with others who\, like her\, found networking to be mildly terrifying at the start. \nInterested in being one of our fantastic speakers?  Submit your application here.
