She worked in complex employee cultural environments in Greece\, Italy\, Bahrain\, and Japan\, where she implemented a positive workplace structure that supported appropriate hiring and retention best practices. Esther now offers consulting services to business leaders on issues such as: Motivating Underachievers\, Listening Skills for Leaders and Upper Management\, Employee Success Coaching\, and Work-Life Balance. She has served as the Chair for The Greater Arlington Chamber of Commerce Latino Business Alliance\, and is currently serving on the Mayor’s Wellness Coalition for the City of Arlington.
