They’re bombarded with nonsense and frustrated that they can’t find the material that actually matters. This costs leaders time and money\, and results in increased workplace frustration and anxiety. People start to check-out leading to decreased productivity and increased retention problems. The solution is to develop an effective Team Communications Charter\, in which a Team works together through the 7 Steps framework and agrees on how they will effectively communicate with one another.\n \nSPEAKER: Tony Brock of the Anthony Brock Group \nBIO: A former Intelligence Officer and Navy Commander (Ret.) turned Executive Leadership Coach\, Tony Brock leverages his talent in storytelling and experience leading high-performance teams — to include support to our U.S. Navy SEALs — to support those who step up to the challenges and responsibilities of executive leadership. Tony is a seasoned business practitioner with an MBA\, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) & Advisor (Georgetown University).
