Attendees will learn how research enhances marketing effectiveness\, improves customer acquisition and retention\, and turns intuition into actionable insights. \nSPEAKER BIO: Michaela Mora is a seasoned mixed-methods researcher with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of marketing research\, user experience\, and multicultural insights. She has supported strategic business decisions across product development\, customer experience\, and marketing for a wide range of industries in the U.S. and internationally. Michaela is the Director of the Master of Science in Marketing Research program at the University of Texas at Arlington\, where she teaches and mentors future leaders in business insights. She also serves as Chief Research Officer of Relevant Insights\, a full-service research agency she founded in 2007. Prior to launching her own firm\, she held corporate and agency roles at Match.com\, Blockbuster\, Kantar\, and M/A/R/C Research.
