The Arlington Independent School District (AISD) is launching a digital library for continued career exploration, and we need your help loading it with content! No matter what field you are in, this is a great opportunity to have students graduate with an interest in your industry. This is not only beneficial for students but for your business as well. With programs like this, high school students are able to graduate with a clear idea of what field they want to go into. They may even choose your business to work at simply because your video spoke to them.

These videos need to be fun, energetic and engaging. Show the environment you work in every day and share your journey of how you got to the position you are at currently, whether that is through a certain education path or through stepping stones within your career. We would love for the students to know how you became successful.

With the expansion of this program to all grade levels, students will be able to truly figure out what they want their careers to be over a long period of time. This is a great opportunity to be able to funnel the employee pipeline to not only your business but the many different businesses in the Greater Arlington area.

The Chamber is proud to work in tandem with the AISD through Partners in Education (PIE). PIE bridges the gap between the local business community and educational institutions to ensure students are prepared for the jobs of tomorrow. Within PIE, there is a three-tiered engagement model to getting involved with our programs and initiatives.
