Join us at the Chamber on the fourth Wednesday of every month from 3:00-4:00 for training and guidance aimed at helping you develop, grow, and transform in and out of the office.

Chamber member Business Coaches and Subject Matter Experts will provide workshops, assessment tools, and engaging presentations to improve your critical thinking & decision-making skills, help you identify obstacles & achieve goals, manage projects more efficiently & teams more effectively, and more!

TOPIC: Who Will You Be in 2027? By Design, Not Default

DESCRIPTION: It’s easy to enter a new year with big intentions, only to find ourselves pulled back into the same routines, demands, and competing priorities. Before adding more to the list for 2027, what if you first stopped to consider what you actually want the year to look like? In this interactive session, Certified Life Coach Kellie Manderfeld will introduce participants to the Align component of the ACT Momentum Method. Participants will take a practical look at what matters most to them, where their time and energy are currently going, and where those two may not match. Rather than simply letting another year unfold by default, they’ll begin identifying the choices and priorities that can help them approach 2027 more intentionally—both in business and in life.

SPEAKER BIO: Kellie Manderfeld is a success coach who helps busy professionals and entrepreneurs turn aspirations into reality through clarity, action, and accountability. With a background in clinical psychology and years of experience supporting individuals through complex challenges, she brings both practical strategy and deep insight to her work.
