Get the Most out of Chamber Membership
We’re so excited you’re a member of our Chamber community of local businesses and organizations! This is your opportunity to connect with so many throughout Greater Arlington, and it all starts with being active and getting involved. We’ve made a list below of all the resources you need to jump-start your Chamber membership.

Attend a Chamber Event: Check out our Chamber Calendar for dozens of monthly events catered to big groups and small for you to build on your network. Scroll down for a chamber event breakdown.
Access Your Member Portal: Our online directory is all based on the information you give us in your membership profile through the Member Portal. Provide as much details as possible and connect us to all your platforms to ensure our 150,000+ annual website visitors know how to connect with your business.
To access the member portal, the username is the email used to register your Chamber membership, and the password is the last four digits of the registered phone number.
Utilize Online Services: We want to help showcase everything you have going on. As a member, you can add as much content as you would like (within guidelines) to our Community Calendar, Member Marketplace and Member News sections of the website.
Find Your Member Group: We also have five Member Groups that meet monthly for happy hours, professional development, and fun activities around the community. We started with the Women’s Alliance over a decade ago, and now we’ve grown to have the Latino Business Alliance, Black Business Alliance, Veterans Business Council and the Young Professionals.
Join a Networking Group: For an additional $75 (free for CLC members), you have the opportunity to join a Networking Group of 10-30 small businesses. You’ll meet 48 weeks a year developing deep connections. Each networking group is different, and we recommend trial runs with each to find the best fit for you.
Request a Ribbon Cutting: For an additional $300 (free for CLC members), you have the opportunity to plan a Chamber-hosted ribbon cutting at your brick-and-mortar location. This includes an event on the official Chamber calendar, promotion in our weekly Chamber newsletter, a post-event blog and social media recognition. Request a Ribbon Cutting, and our Chamber Ambassadors will come celebrate with you.
Chamber Events Breakdown
Business Over Breakfast
One of our most popular Chamber events, BOB, gives you the opportunity to share your 30-second elevator pitch with all the attendees in the room. With an average attendance of 80-100 businesses each month, you’ll network with other community businesses and organizations while building awareness for yours. Each person speaks for 30-seconds, and after the event, all attendees are emailed a list of contacts to further build relationships. Learn More
Chamber After Hours
A more traditional networking event, this is a casual evening to walk around a different venue every month a connect with new and long-time Chamber members. Snacks will be served, and a cash bar is normally available. After each event, all attendees are emailed a contact list to further build relationships established at the event. Learn More
Ribbon Cuttings
We have nearly a dozen ribbon cuttings each month, and we invite you to attend and celebrate the variety of entrepreneurs in our community. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with other Chamber Members in attendance and build your brand as a supporter of all businesses in greater Arlington. Learn More
Various Member Group Events
The Chamber has a variety of member groups – Women’s Alliance, Young Professionals, Latino Business Alliance, Black Business Alliance and the Veterans Business Council. You and the members of your organization are invited to join these groups and attend their events. Most groups host both in-person and virtual events to enable flexible participation. Learn More
