Kim Rayburn Booker is a business owner and a student in the Executive MBA program at The University of Texas at Arlington.  She received her undergraduate B.A. degree in 1988 from Texas State University and worked for Procter & Gamble and Southwestern Bell Corporation prior to starting her own business in 1995.  She owned The Rayburn Agency which primarily represented Nationwide Insurance until January, 2010. 
During this time, she developed and operated 4 locations throughout the DFW area and became one of the largest agencies in the country.  She recently completed the purchase of a Del Sol store and is developing a business plan to open that business in May.

Kim serves as the President of the Board for the Northpark YMCA, Neuro Assistance Foundation and is also on the board of a start-up internet company, 5050 Biz, LLC.

Kim was raised in the Fort Worth area and currently lives in Keller with her husband and 3 boys.

David Mosby as Lecturer of Management in the College of Business at the University of Texas Arlington, he was the founding Faculty Advisor to the UTA Entrepreneur Society.  He was the Faculty Advisor to the UTA Small Business Institute where he assisted entrepreneurs to start or grow their businesses.  He developed a class and program that linked start-up businesses at the Arlington Technology Incubator with graduate and undergraduate students to assist the businesses through the difficult start-up phase while giving students valuable business experience.  For this he was nominated for the Fort Worth Star Telegram Career Service Learning Award in 2003.  In 2004, he won the “Igniting the Flame” teaching award at Syracuse University’s Experiential Classroom for Entrepreneurs.

As Executive Advisor at the Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence in Bahrain, he was responsible to the participating countries of the G8 (8 most industrialized nations) and Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  He helped write the business plan, established, and ran the Center for three years delivering many different types of programs including the Center’s acclaimed Mini MBA in Entrepreneurship.  He delivered that program eight times including in Muscat Oman, Amman Jordan, Sana’a Yemen, Kuwait, and Bahrain.  Over 1500 entrepreneurs took part in the Center’s various programs.  He was a noted and requested speaker on entrepreneurship and leadership.  He wrote a monthly column for the Bahrain Investment Guide which was distributed across the Middle East.  He also contributed to the Bahrain Economic Development Board’s publication, Bahrain Economic Forum (http://www.beforum.net).

He served on the board of directors and executive committees for Fort Worth Sister Cities International and the North Texas Multiple Sclerosis Society.  He has served on the board of directors on the finance committee for Tarrant County Housing Partnership, and was president of the TCU MBA Alumni Association.

David has a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas Arlington and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
