Boston’s Arlington Charity Golf Tournament

ARLINGTON, Texas, February 19th-- Boston’s Gourmet Pizza will be teaming up with Arlington’s Chester W. Ditto Golf Course at 801 Brown Blvd to host a 4 person Golf Scramble tournament to benefit fallen Officer Craig Gordon Story. He is survived by his wife, 2yr old son, and a baby on the way. Boston’s will provide an ultimate event for all patrons interested.
The owner of Boston’s in Arlington, Henry Chen states: “At Boston’s in Arlington, we have always strived to maintain strong relationships with the Arlington community and members of public service. Everyone at Boston’s is deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Officer Story, and we want to express our deepest sympathy to his family, friends, and partners in the Arlington Police Department. We hope that this charitable tournament will provide an opportunity for everyone to celebrate the life of Officer Story and remember the person he was.”
The tournament will start at 1pm. The $60 registration fee includes the green and cart fees and lunch provided by Boston’s. Proceeds and additional donations will be donated to the Story family. There will also be a silent auction taking place with items from local businesses and restaurants. You can register at Boston’s Restaurant in Arlington, located at 2501 E. Lamar Blvd, from now until February 17. An award ceremony and check presentation will follow the conclusion of the tournament. Everyone is welcome to join us in supporting our Arlington Police Department and all that they do.
